i have motorola c975 i unlock with smart-clip now i insert sim

ENTER SUBSIDY PASSWORD?????

i put the password any thing for example 000000000 or 4 time 0

but nothing to do same condition ENTER SUBSIDY PASSWORD???

any idea

You have not unlocked the phone, have you checked if the phone needs ""remove RSA" in smartmoto, what is the bootloader version of this handset, you need to check all these then try to unlock again.

unlock it again, it is locked to some network

i say my phone is unlock with smart-clip so i think it's doesn't need to

remove rsa ?

Have you checked it doesn't need remove RSA?

Hi mates

i m having same problem
it was 6.3.6 boot loader ver and SW Version is R245_U_82.21.91I
i booted it with TP and flashed its boot area now its 0.5.f.1
i removed its RSA and done succesfully then i unlock cell manually.
after thing done perfectly still its showing Subsidy Password.
wht is it.???
dont u think Smart Clip cant Unlock SW R245_U_82.21.91I yet


if anyway now how can i get rid of Subsidy thing help me

Hey guys , whats going on? why is it that everybody is having the same problem with this same problematic C975 motorolla. In my own case, after downgrading the boot, and unlocking tru the normal press button of clip, the subsidy password is still there. i now flash the phone with another flash file, and unlock normally but yet the problem is still there.
what should be done smartclip/ smartmoto team?
