I try to unlock in two ways with remove rsa like c980 and C975,but I have this error *C?
Version is :boot 6.31 version R26_U_83.28.38.04.01P

P.S Before my phone goes to flash mode on screen I have Error:0...and then goes to flash mode with all information that I give to you.
Myabe I must flash boot?

Hello zoki,

Please post a log file of unlock process, it would spread some light on your problem.

P.S. Do not forget to hide your serial number.

before the phone enters in boot loader mode it shows ' error: 0' for few seconds and after that shows boot loader screen
phone is working OK but i cant unlock it

Hello sebagsm,

The boot file is damaged!You should Repair PDS and than Full Flash the phone!
Possibly You will need to do it through testpoint procedure!

Unlock procedure for C980 Motorola phone with testpoint (boot versions starting from 6.36)

Downgrade boot method

1. Perform C980 testpoint procedure http://www.smart-clip.com/testpoints/C975_C980.php
2. Flash it with C980_boot_5.F.1.smf file
3. Turn the handset by pressing keys * # PowerON and perform "Remove RSA" procedure
4. Turn the handset on and unlock it with Smart-Clip, simply by pressing
UNLOCK button.

Using "Unlock via Testpoint" function of SmartMoto method

1. Perform C980 testpoint procedure http://www.smart-clip.com/testpoints/C975_C980.php
2. Use "Unlock via Testpoint" function of SmartMoto from "Unlock" tab

error 0 just before entering bootloader mode and error 8C in smartmoto means (as far as i understood) damaged boot.
i repaired my phones with this problem by flashing with testpoint - remember not to have conected the display during testpoint operation.
one phone with error 0 was working OK and still working OK after unlocking - no fullflash or PDS repair

I try to unlock but when I connect test point to the ground the phone don't power up ..... if test poit is not connected to GND smart moto can read the phone it is working ... pleasse help us

Make sure that You are making TP procedure properly. The phone should be detected as "S Blank Neptune LTE", "S Blank Paragon POG", "S Blank Raibow POG".

Tp pocedure is properly but the phone don't enter in flash mode when is connected tp to GND ........ please any idea ? maybe c980 test point is not the same with c980M
