can't unlock L6i


when I connect L6i-Mode to the PC, it doesn't detect anything and I can't install the drivers! what can I do?

I tried to do what it is writen in the manual but the computer does not detect the phone, what can I do?! Thanks!

Can the set be detected by the SmartMoto?
Was the drivers for the set installed as described in the manual?

1. Connect powered handset to PC USB port.
2. Locate the drivers at SmartMoto installed directory (__:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\iMode drivers\ …). The modem port will be installed to the system.

If can not detect anything then u should chk usb port (phone inside).

Try to do something..

the thing is that when I plu the usb cable into the phone, the phone detects the cable but in the computer...nothing!

Try to connect the handset to other USB port of the PC and install drivers as specified in the manual.
Please note that the set has to be connected directly to the USB port of the PC, avoiding any kind of HUB.
