Connectivity issue on Smart-Clip and VXXX series cable - GSM-Forum

I've been having problems to unlock all VXXX series phones. I have to try several times before getting the success green light on. At first I thought it was a cable problem and tested it and it was OK, then thought about dirty phone contacts but it kept happening the same thing on new clean phones. Until one day I connected to the phone via smart-moto and it was detected OK, even when it was a V300 that was giving me trouble to have it unlocked. When I saw the phone was detected I pressed the unlock button and it was unlocked at the first try. I thought it was a coincidence but then I disconnected it from my computer and repeated the operation with Smart-Clip apart from the computer, got the previous result: Red light, tried several times and the red light kept coming on. Then I connected it to smart-moto again and got success green light at the very first try. I repeated this process several times and the same results kept showing.

What do you think?

Has anybody tested on this?
