i try to flash v3i, L7, smart-clip can seach my phone, when flash, my phone show "critical error 80 40" Help....my smart moto is 1.18, firmware 2.23

Hello ckkckk,

Please post a log file of unlock process, it would spread some light on your problem.

P.S. Do not forget to hide your serial number.

i have same problem i have not been able to unlock 6pics of l6 and 1 v3i i folowed al the test point procedures please what is wrong.

its a new bootloader, i had the same problem with many new v3x's.

told smart clip, but they replied with stupid answer like "use must unlock the phone" etc.

they cannot be flashed with rsd either, something has changed with the bootloader.

i manully edited the seems to debrand the phones.

my device type:v3i
Boot Loader:0A.30
Sw/v:R479_g_08.B4.34R

the customer need another language, So i am trying to make backup, But the message "critical error 80 40" on phone screen is appear after after press flash mode
By using PST program i am flash it with language package but some error message are appear, when i am restarting my device it is ok with my new language< i don't know>

i didn't make any hardware operation, may be another one make, because the devise was unlock in another area,
and customer was change the langauge only in my center,

To Flash the phone with LP You should also make TP.
