I TRIED TO UNLOCK V360 V08.A2,I GET THIS ERROR

SmartMoto 2.22
S-Card: xxxxxxx Smart-Clip dongle, v 1.17, assigned Smart-Clip: 6xxxxxx Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: xxxxxxxx, version: 3.16, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... no phone found
Searching for phone... no phone found
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.00

@ hans salim,

Error A0, and IMEI shows that flash chip can not be read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
