Compal/chi mei drivers and should be displayed as Siemens usb data cable in task manager

cable is based on Compal/chi i used cable that used to unlock C261 etc...may i ask if i used my cable that not working for the upade model???

the data cable i used it lable UD-MOT001 MOT T191 but the driver 3_compal_chimei_cable_driver_Win2K_XP not working

but i have use the cable to unlock C261 etc but i reprogramme my pc and install again it not working for me i need the driver plsss
