em325 unlock problem

Connect phone to computer USB port before proceeding ... OK
sending boot...
...................................ant that's all that it happened..nothing else..what should i do?..thank's in advance..

Did you install the Locosto interface driver? Did you connect the phone for the first time or was any locosto phone connected before? Also, do you use USB hub or connect it directly?

first time..it was after i conected more locosto..then..i uninstal driver and try agains..and i coonect phone directly..no more usb hub..

Well 1st I updated my smart clip along with s-card, and I chosed computer comport from smart clip and connected the mobile with mini usb, as soon as I connected it automatically instaled the driver, when its said its ready to use I disconnected and reconnected than pressed unlock but after saying sending boot... its stuck...

Please ensure that phones battery is fully charged and antivirus or the firewall are not blocking your software.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Yes i have ensured and the battery was fully charged, I turned of the firewall and my registered kaspersky antivirus. But same thing. I am requesting sc team as well as any other person, please post here if you got the same problem and solved.

Never had a problem unlocking this phone but received one white coloured piece that refused to process beyond a few seconds into 'sending boot'
Then I had to select 'cancel'
Tried on two different computers with same result. I did not use any usb hub either. Nor had any active anti-virus running.

Sorry I did not note the version. The customer lost patience, I gave him short time frame as most such sets get done quickly via smart-clip.
About log, the problem is well explained above. The process gets stuck at ' sending boot' at around 10% completion stage. After that you choose 'cancel' to try again because smartmoto gets stuck at the 'sending boot' screen.
