Error 920092 while flashing C975

I recieved the phone dead...
when try to write fullflash or to do "repair PDS" always get same error

here's the log of SC:

hi
as I said above the phone came to me dead...
so I do not know what version was it originally neither any other information...
all I know is that noone before me has opened the handset
as a SC Team member I'm asking you to point me where the problem could be..
