| @ markrhoden, Unlock operation depends on the CPU version of the handset. In case if CPU version of the set you have is 2.12 or higher one, it can not be unlocked at the moment. If CPU version is lower them 2.12 it can be unlocked without any difficulties. To be able to check it, run unlock operation and post log file here, don't forget to hide serial numbers. Detailed manual for the unlock operation of W388 (Compal Locosto) based phone model, available here. Best Regards GSMServer team  |

| I have this phone on hands right now, no idea about band changing? I don't need unlock it, but I need a band converting solution in order to get work out in European Bands, I mean, 900/1800 Mhz.... 10x in advance BR, CHATFAN |
