Member: 537133 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 143 | finding hard updating my s-card I just recently bought my smart-clip 1 and finding hard updating my s-card with a lot of errors during update. And i don't have the chance to use my smart-clip 1 because it won't work without s-card which has problem on updating. It seems that smart-clip team and gsm server are lazy to help users who have already bought their products. Until NOW my my s-card problem was not solve i already sent many logs and email to support site but there was nothing they can do to solve the problem. So how can i trust this team anymore if i buy their new box????? Support is useless!!!!!!! They can't help the user anymore!!!!! They cannot do their jobs n support, they are just busy & keep on making new products to make more money!!!!! Grrrrrrr!!!!! I hate this team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P |
