Flash file problem - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I download this flash from bootloader:
R26111LD_U_96.A0.0ER_LP002F_DRM0001_VSTU_207_0C_JP CZ_HU_SK_R26111IZRGLBMOTOPROMISE_01_USIZRGBLCZHUSK RTR26111004_1FF[Hungary Retail].pcf

When I try flash him to phone with Scout software get error:
"Flash library failed to load (2)"

Any help?

I can't open any flash file always is same error. Why?

Wich fone are u trying to flash and which is fone's states?

Any phone, (v360, V235, v3xx) and any flash which I need open.

Try downloading SCout flasher again and reinstalling it.
