Does this model need drivers and can it be unlocked via USB or com port. Which cable does it need? Thanks

G7105 is MTK based phone model. As it is signed in the unlock manual

Quote:

* MTK models require to be connected to PC COM port via original COM data cable or using any COM port emulator.

Also, you can use cables based on PL2303 chip that was developed especially for MTK sets.
