How do I get to the testpoint on the V9 after removing the metal shield. What should I use to remove the hard stuff to get to the testpoint?

I have one V9 that I did the smart prepare on, then I took the metal sheild off but I do not know how to remove that black hard protective stuff that's hiding the testpoint.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Slowly remove it so you can see pin 5. Good luck!
