how can unlock motorola C115 and c118????

Conect ur cable to RJ-45 port from SC and press unlock button in SC and a little power on fone and wait when lights stop ur fone is done....u have to get red and grenn ligths on leds

Could be batterty low or maybe its a new version unsupported

@ drfabi,

Try to run unlock procedure as written in the manual.
Before running unlock procedure, make sure that the battery fully charged.
In case if unlock procedure won't be successfull, please tell us what firmware version it has (press #02#).
