Help with E770v unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello
If possible ken someone help me please.
after the test point( after s flash rainbow pog appear), i didn´t no wath to do, i disconet the phone and i tried to unlock just using smart clip and phone and i didn´t have any success.
After that i done the test point again and i pressed search, unlock, chose e770v, unlock via test point, and the result was this:

Clip serial: 758******,version 2.23,initializing ... ok
Searching for phone...found
motorola phone(E770v)getting test interface...ok
Model E770v
Firmware r25221_u_85.83.e1p
reading info ok
switching to flash mode...ok [s flash rainbow pog]
reading phone boot version...6.71
boot prepare... failed

That it´s the problem that i have, if someone ken help me please i don´t no wath to do, i´m newbie i just started now.

you should use unock via testpoint after you conected phone with TP.mate do like this:

conect cable to phone without batery
conect TP
now conect batery
Press search in smart moto
flash rainbow pog found
now press unlock via testpoint
you will see boot version 3.10
hold tp for 2-3 seconds then release

and it will be unlocked in a few seconds after that

if you put good the TP after conecting the battery the phone dont turn on OK

yes if you do it fast or if you solder a wire to tp and touch it to gnd,cause you do not have 5 hands,remember,somebody must press search button

This is instruction to Unlock E770 and E770v the same.

1- You must Disssemble the phone
2- Connect USB cable to phone (Not need to repair)
3- connect tesetpoint to ground
4- Connect phone battery
5- Press "Search" button in SmartMoto
6- SmartMoto should find "S Blank Neptune LTE" or "S Blank Paragon POG", or "S Blank Rainbow POG"
7- Disconnect test point
8- The phone is ready for theUnlock or flash/repair operations now.

This is full solution to Unlock success E770.
I'm have test 5 phone E770 and E770v is Ok .

It was my first TP, for sure the next TP will be easier, now i understand how it work. The problem was the rong tp that i was doing

do you no after unlock what is the USER CODE, and what is the SECURITY CODE.
I think they change for the:
USER CODE--- 12345
SECURITY CODE------ 0000
Ken you say to me if this is right, please, because i saw in information, after unlock, but i forgot and no i´m a bit confused.

@upa I think they are not changing,but after unlock with phone powered up you can see it in information tab for sure

This is the way i do all my Moto phones:
conect cable to phone without batery
connect battery
conect TP
now connect power(in some cases, d phone'll show blue light)
Press search in smart moto
flash rainbow pog found
disconnect TP
now press unlock via testpoint
wait untill smartmoto shows unlocking ok...

Ur phone is unlocked.
Always worked for me.
