Help Failed To Unlock W375 - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Kindly advise on how to unlock W375.
I have used 3 different computers but still get the same error.
See log below.

SmartMoto 2.21
S-Card: XXXXXXXX Smart-Clip dongle, v 1.17, assigned Smart-Clip: XXXXXXXX Europe, initializing... OK
Waiting for the phone to power on...OK
Sending boot...failed
Turning phone off

What do you think is wrong.
Gsm server team please help.

Please, tell us what kind of cable did you use?

use just com cable of t191 or infinity x60 cable

hi there need some help from u
i am trying to unlock a w375 using s card n smartmoto
i am connecting to the phone using infinity n using rj45 x60 cable
it detects phone but gets stuck in sending boot
have you any ideas can you please help

but whats a com cable any pictures
n does it need drivers

You can find Compal ("Calypso+" based) data cable pinout here:

In the same place you can find unlocking procedure of the Compal models

samething happened to me, just keep pressing the power button for a litle while, after the phone as been detected(1 or two seconds)

today i successfully unlocked 5 pieces of w375
without any error
