I am dissapointed. For a long time i tought Smart-Clip is best tool for Moto. Then boot-loader come up...ok well l will pay...then S-card come out!!! Ok, i say and off my money goes. Now it's time for SCOUT

While first twoo "addons" were somehow meaningfool this one DOESN'T

At least you should left an option of using older versions of Smart Moto soft with our clip, which we -remember? - allready paid. No excuse for that !
PFFFF....shame on you...

As a customer, now i can clearly see that there are better products for servicing Motorola phones available on the market...me so sorry

Obviously you haven't readed that SCout software is COMPATIBLE with S-Card, in other words if you currently own a S-Card you can use SCout software without paying for anything more.

SCout is a very good solution for flash P2K, I-Mode and Compal phones, options this last two that aren't present in previos versions of SmartMoto. This way SmartSmoto reduces his size and the flashing options are in separate software.

You should have readed THIS before writing such post.

You're saying that i don't need to buy SCout dongle (if i own SCard) to use SCout flasher software?
So, I can flash *.pcf files without SCout dongle, and only thing i don't get is support for Boot-Loader?

Boot-loader access is independent from the tool. You can buy access (or you still can have access if your s-card have less than 6 months) with your password, smartclip, scard or scout. Scout, is a flasher with access to its flash files, but you can get this flash files with your normal account from smartclip.

With your permission, cartuchobahia, I'll complement your post a little:

1. Smart-Clip with S-Card (updated to the latest version) users have access to SmartMoto Section and SCout Section (after successful Smart-Clip authorization)

2. SCout Dongle users (users who have buy SCout dongle separately) have access to the SCout Section only (after SCout dongle serial number authorization).

Yes, there is no need to purchase SCout dongle if you have S-Card.
Last version of S-Card is fully compatible with SCout flasher.
