How do you connect L2 to master reset through SmartMoto - GSM-Forum

I have a motorola L2 that has a security code on start up. I am trying to reset the phone.

Connected l2 to smartmoto through smartclip. When I search for phone I get:
Searching for phone...found Motorola phone (L2), getting test interface... clip communication failed

I tried through testpoint, but that will only let me unlock it and wont let me do a master reset.

I've the same problem when trying to connect a V360 and V3r to unlock without TP, always get

Searching for phone...found Motorola phone (V360v), getting test interface... clip communication failed.

Only can connect in flash mode, so, I unlock them using TP.

It is verry simple.When u need to master reset the phone must powerd on.Then its security unlock or master reset.Tested 100%.No need to Test Point.

Ok, How do you connect the phone? When I search or click on "Read Phone Info" it says:

Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (L2), getting test interface... clip communication failed
