@ wisam_wa,

In case if the phone can not Power On at all, it can not be flashed, at this moment.
If the handset goes to boot mode, connect it to PC via Smart-Clip run Prepare Smart TestPoint procedure ("unlock automatically" should be marked off) and Full Flash it after that.
Alternatively you can flash the phone using SCout flasher and S-Card, in case if the phone can enter Boot mode.

V6 Dead

Tried to change language on V6 with SCout, downloaded the exact same version the phone had and terminated with error. Now phone went dead, no enter boot mode neither detected by SmartClip. Need to recover phone, any idea?

More likely it's a hardware problem.

V6 dead by SCout

GSM Support Answers like yours have made so much people angry all over the forum, make an effort and try to be pro and polite (you are the product supporter ), Mr. Tinkertrain says it cannot be flashed at this moment, it means your product has a bug (killed phone just changing language, same version, downloaded from your support, for no reason as wasam_wa said) or your platform lacks supporting some models completely. Things you may notify to your customers, the warn is about some firmwares may simlock the phone, not "KILL THEM". Besides phone was working perfectly before and this is not exactly "my first phone" :mad

Which means that if the handset doesn't get detected then it can not be flashed at all. To be able to flash it - the phone has to be detected by PC. No other way currently exists. OK?

Also, please refer to this thread. Hope that will explain you anything.

V6 STILL dead

As everyone may notice (even you GSM Support) it is NOT the same situation, phone went dead after attempting to change language with YOUR product, there has to be a way to revive this phones, if someone knows, please give the solution.

Try replacing the power controller. That will possibly help. Today or tomorrow will try to replace it in my phone. Will let you know the result.

Why hadn't you posted your operational log here? Your log would help Mr. GsmSupport and all users to understand reason of your phone's death.
What language pack have you used for flashing exactly?

I think that flashing your phone with language pack can't kill it so that it can't be detected anymore. There must be some other reason, probably hardware damage.
