the scout can erase the flash, but also flash failed, the error log attached, I will attach the smart-clip log then:

What is original fw version and what file have you used for flashing?

original sw is: R27231_U_97.04.0DR, now the phone into the bootloader mode, the smart-moto log as following:

SmartMoto 3.10
S-Card: xx Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.06, assigned Smart-Clip: xx Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: xx, version: 4.06, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found SE Flash Argon, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 5.F0
Boot prepare... failed

A couple of things you can do, use TP for V3xx or try to load a different boot-loader.

Q. which one you using for prepare V3xx or V3xx untypical....

@testpoint
I got confused with V3x and V3xx to use test point on V3xx you need to pass the prepare cycle. The question on changing bootload that would answered with SC support.

If your V3xx has a boot version 05.F0 then i presume it's a prototype unit and is not possible to replace boot on it.
