I just try to upgrade my smart ..... now the answer is firmware not found ... at the begining all was corect and now ... EEPROM test steeop 1 failed ....reporting ok and nothing more
help pls ...
what happend ? what may I do to fix this problem ....
I save the report log and sent it to the support and wait for the answer too
my clip was goos to the last version and updated normaly .... but today somethig is wrong

wait some time and try to update again & again until update success..

Thank you for your reply ! now the acces is denied why the firmware is not recognized ... help me pls
