Check this link for the detailed unlock manual on the Vodafone 345 handset and other MTK based phone models.

Please notice:

I went to the clip but did not really understand, how do I unlock a vodafone 345 text again?

1. Connect S-Card to PC USB port and launch SmartMoto.
2. Select "Computer COM ports" in Phone connection area.
3. Log to the tab "MTK models"
4. Connect* powered OFF phone to PC.
5. Select an appropriate COM port in SmartMoto (usually is the highest number).
6. Press "Read unlock codes" and follow the instructions in the log window**
7. Press and hold "Power ON" button on the phone
As soon as SmartMoto shows an appropriate message in the log window, release "Power ON" button.
8.The message "Reading unlock codes…OK" informs that process completed successfully.
9. Disconnect the handset.
10. Power ON the phone with the non-original SIM card inserted.
11. Phones menu will popup with unlock code request.
12. Enter the codes that were read by SmartMoto
13. Phone unlocked.
