| i cant updata my clip help....plz hi dear master team...plz help here is my log file from the site during am updating... Clip serial: Firmware version: 2.26 login... OK Server firmware version: 3.04 Clip warranty period: 17-Nov-2006 to 16-May-2007 (148 more days) EEPROM test successfull,reporting... OK Checking dongle... failed No any Smart-Clip dongle found. Please connect dongle and try again. |

| @ kkio, to update Smart-Clip to the latest version you have to use S-Card dongle. If you have problems with update of Smart-Clip with S-Card, please write a letter to support[at]smart-clip.com In letter you should explain what problem you have and attach log file. Thank You! | so i would like to know in case,i havnt got S-Card,my clip version is 2.26 is not possible for me to update the clip online any more??? thx in advance... |

| so do u mean i cant updata any more????????? i just bount the clip last month.... by the way,my clip during online detecting,the tx led remain on...is it normal??? Last edited by kkio; 12-19-2006 at 13:29. |

| I have same problem with 2 smart-clip boxes! i think SC team must do a special update tool for users don't having s-card! BR! |
