I m using smartmoto to change lang. file on V3 ( boot 8.26)..i remove rsa..and than reflash firmware.. phone turn to white screen.. than it cannot reflash ....operation log show : SmartMoto 1.14 Clip serial: xxxxxxxxx, version: 2.22, initializing... OK Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found Switching to flash mode... OK Reading phone boot version... 7.E0 Reading flash id... Intel-0x0089 Phone group: V30x,V40x,V50x,V52x,V60x Hardware IMEI: 35826800xxxxxx Security area saved to "S Flash Neptune LTE 35826800xxxxxx (15).pds" Incomplete chip identification, restore & write functions unavailable It aslo not allow me to do repair!! operation log: SmartMoto 1.14 Clip serial: xxxxxxxxx, version: 2.22, initializing... | go on www.smart-clip.com/testpoints.php follow instruction on get your phone read by smart moto by test point. remember, remove test point from ground after phone is found by smart moto. now you can carry on the flash/repair operation. your error seems like test point is constantly connected on ground though... |
