Post here log file from the flashing operation, it would spread some light at your issue.
Don't forget to hide your serial numbers.

Best Regards

@ afrar,

First of all update your SCout flasher to the latest version (v 2.01), after that download same firmware version like the set has and run flashing operation once again.
If some error appears, save log file and post it here.

Best Regards

Your phone's firmware version hasn't been detected properly.
There are several possible reasons of that. Most possible reason is that something is wrong with PDS zone of the phone.

That's the reason why Scout doesn't allow you to flash the phone.

@ afrar,

Try to perform following operation:
  • Perform Repair PDS operation using SmartMoto software
  • Flash the phone with the *.mfw flash file.
Please note that *.mfw flash files are meant to be used by the SmartMoto software.
According to the information you have provided K1 handset you have has boot version 8.A0. This Boot version is supported by SmartMoto via Prepare cycle.
By following this link you can find detailed manual on the Prepare Cycle operation.

Best Regards
