SMARTCLIP CANNOT UNLOCK THIS MODEL. IT IS JUST GIVING US HEADACHE THAT THIS MODEL IS SUPPORTED AND A WASTE OF OUR PRECIOUS TIME. PHONE BOOT IS;

Yes it is a bug also tried one even tried it for three times ...soft said phone is unlocked but when another sim inserted dtill lock

me too have tried to unlock K1s 3-4 time always error. Hope Smart clip team look this matter soon.

yesterday i tried too on K1/s from rogers smat moto say unlock done but phone was still locked. i used smart tp cabel v2.

Look at the date of the posts, if you have read a little more you sould know that 16 digits locked phones are unsupported by any tool for direct unlock. (K1s, V9, etc). Just enter any number when phone ask for subsidy code if it accept 16 digits is unlockable now days.

@ gsmhelpbd,

In case if during the unlock procedure of the K1s error 9B appears, more likely that the TP was held for a too long time or some other PCB component was touched.
Please ensure that the mainboard of the set is clean, the battery fully charged and run unlock procedure once again.
