Check how many digits subsidy code the phone asks for.
More likely that the phone you have is locked with the new type of encoding (16 digits subsidy code).
Handsets that are locked with the 16 digits subsidy code (new type of encoding) are not currently supported for the unlock purposes.

i try 8zero after that contact provider . how to know 8 or 16 subsidy code or new type

If total amount is 16, then it is locked with the new type of encoding.

You can wait some time till phone will ask you for a code, then you can check how many digit's subsidy code it is asking for.
