detect with rsd but cant flash

@ salama10,

If the phone gets detected as "Blank...", most probably that it has some hardware malfunction.

Also, did you check the boot and firmware version before trying to unlock?

hi, i also have a problem with my K3, i lost the temporary backup from phone. I have made the testpoint ok,all looks good, but at the end smartmoto "says to me " that i need to flash the phone to become functionable,i flash the phone with the firmware from boot-loader and then the phone still on flash mode and i don´t know why,i have tried with some flashes but still the same problem.
anyone can help me please??

Please tell us what firmware version your phone originally had and what firmware version were used to flash it.

the phone´s firmware version was R261171LD_U_99.41.04FR (vodafone spain) and we have flashed the phone with R261171LD_U_99.41.05R AND R261171LD_U_99.31.04AR, no luck, anyone have a pst flash to use with rsd?

try to flash your phone with higher firmware version (R261171LD_U_99.41.05R) once again. After that save log file and post it here, don't forget to hide your serial number.

i have the same problem support... Same version dead while Tp and now any version higer can't repair this phone.. trying with R261171LD_U_99.41.05R ,, for SCOUt and with SMART TESPOINT with MFW file and nothing... with boot overwrite options ,, and nothing,, i flash a lot of flash and not working ... CAN anybody share the original R261171LD_U_99.41.04FR for RSD or scout or something to fix this big problem...

it is hardware problem
open shelding with hotair k1,k3,w510,w490 goes flash mode
these models shelding cut with cutter with carefully
