L2 band issue

after flash one L2 with "R3511_G_0A.52.31R_D_JPJAVA_G_0A_L2_01_06_04R_GSIU L2MCL01NA115_1FF.pcf" i got only 850/1900 band on the set. is there any way to bring it on 900/1800???

i think its same if i use "service Option" on scout software. i update band to 900/1800. on software shows ok. but when i replug the set it shows again 850
