@ kalpeshoza,

"Incomplete chip identification" means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.

These errors shows that the handset has hardware malfunction. You can try to reheat flash chip in order to improve the connection.

@ stefani,

Please provide us with more detailed information.
Do you know what had happened to the set so it goes to such state?
What original firmware version the handset originally had?
Please show us log file from the flashing/Repair PDS procedure, don't forget to hide your serial numbers.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

@ stefani,

As original firmware version isn't known, it's quite hard to suggest anything.
Try to flash the phone with the R4513_G_08.B7.E0R_RB Full Flash file and post results here.

Best Regards
GSMServer team
