L7 shows kepad lights and goes of


hi mates i have 2 brand new L7 which shows only keypads lights and goes off. i tried to switch phone to flash mode manually and flash mode was ok. i flashed phone but no good, i tried flashing agian with testpoint it was flashed successfully bu still same problem. i repaired pds in flash mode and flashed but still same problem the firmware of this 2 handsets is
R4513_G_08.B7.AER_RB.

please customer does not want to believe smart-clip team but i have always known it as the best moto tool. please help me fix this problem so that customer will praise me servicing centre.

does it mean the smart team does not know what i'm talking about? i just need help to fix these phones if not i will loose that customer if somebody else fix it for him. mates any idea from any one?

thats problem is software only
just flash using smartclip..

Please tell us what firmware version the phone originally had and what flash files you have used to flash it.

mate did you read my post well? i said i have flashed still same problem, flashed with TP same problem, repaired PDS with TP and flashed again still same problem.

the firmware of the twoo handsets is R4513_G_08.B7.AER_RB.
please i really need help

Try to perform Repair PDS procedure and after that Full Flash the handset with higher firmware (platform should be the same) version.

Have you tried to perform Repair PDS and Full Flash the handset with higher firmware version? IF no, try to perform those procedures. If that won't help, then most probably that the handset has some hardware malfunction.

i repaired PDS with TP and flashed with same version but still same problem.
i willl try again and flash with a higher version. thanks for the reply mate.

do i have to repair PDS with TP?if yes i have already done that and flashed with same firmware but still same. please one last help from smart team, dont let me loose this customer
