i use F.gold port also i try with infinty box but same problem

@ MOBIFEMI,

This error usually appears due to not stable connection between SmartMoto and the handset.
Please ensure that the cable connected properly and try to run unlock procedure once again.
In case if the problem will be the same try to use another COM cable/COM emulator.

but with old update i use same port and same boxs but now i have this problem

The problem is at your side for sure, not with update, so please check...
Many w205/w208 phones were unlocked...
