I want to modify my smart tp to v2.0
What is the best alternative for this comparator?

If you compare characteristics of the components I believe that LMV7219M5 can be replaced with this alternative component - MAX999.

But I would recommend you to use LMV7219M5 as it is approved by GsmServer.
