metal shield on pcb

hi guys

smart-clip ppl advise

"Please remember!
During testpoint unlocking procedure phone's LCD must be disconnected.
Do not use hot air fan to remove a metal shield on PCB. This can seriously damage the handset. Use any other alternative tool to cut or drill it. Please make sure you do not damage the board."

Im not afraid of making test point .. but .. Im having a hard time to remove the metal shield.

what tools are the rest of you guys using ? can u guys put some pictures of the pcbs as well ?

thanks

Ivo
