Mot A1000 Security Code Problem!!!

hi guys, i've got a huge problem with a motorola a1000 i purchased.
i used smart-clip and smart-moto to find its master reset/clear code, on the smartmoto it says the code is: 000000 which is default one.
when i enter it on the phone, i get security code incorrect!

is there any way i could solve this problem..
i tried master reseting it with smart-clip, but when i press it on the smart-moto nothing happens on the phone, it just stays switched on.

any advice is helpful thank you.

@fatony
Because when you full flash it (******* full flash), it will over-write the security code, and put the default codes.
