Motorola C115/C116/C155/C156/E365/V171 unlocking procedure:
Power off the phone
Connect clip to the phone using RJ45 cable
Press UNLOCK button
Press Power button on the phone within 5 seconds after you press UNLOCK button on a clip. RX/TX leds will blink
E/G led will glow green on success *
* After successful unlock (green led on) phones with inserted sim card may ask for PCK or NCK code. Enter 00000000 ("zero" 8 times)

To read the flash:
Connect your phone thru Smart-Clip (phone>RJ45cable>Smart-Clip>LPTcable>PC).

Yes you are right.
The cable should be made in the same way as it is shown on pinout diagram (2 wires on GND).

is it good enough if you make a bridge from ground to pin 6, because i only have 3 wires in my cable

The rx and tx are different by my cable to instead of 1 and 2 they are in pin 4 and 5
does that matter?

Talking about pin 6 & 7: yes you can make the bridge.
For RX & TX they have to be pin 1 & 2.
