Motorola A1200

The phone was dropped and now when powered on it comes on to a red screen with the following info:

BP_NOT_READY
Boot Module:
BOOT_G_00.01.89P_HAINAN

MBM FLASH MODE

I figured that maybe the phone would only need to be reflashed but when I try to connect to it in SmartMoto I get the following:

Searching for phone...found NS Flash Bulverde, getting test interface...interface not found
Switching to flash mode...interface not found

How, if possible, can I restore this phone to working condition?

If the phone was dropped, then i am afraid flashing will not solve the issue. It may have a hardware damage.

Also, the message Switching to flash mode...interface not found means the phone is in flash mode. That's all. Try repairing PDS and full flash after that. Don's forget that it has to be connected via TestPoint.

Please use SCout to flash your handset.
You can flash the handset with the same or higher FW version of the same platform.
