how to solve this problem plz

This is not flash file. Download and use flash files from PCF-> E8 directory

Pleas tell us what had happened to the phone and what is it's current state.
Also, specify it's current firmware version.

@ kamran1,

First of all check what information is signed at the sticker under the battery of the phone. To clarify what firmware version it had.
After that ,as mcandre have already mentioned, download the same version like the set had or higher one from the Boot-Loader.com section Smart-Clip/SCout->pcf->e8->... and try to flash it.
After that post results along with the log file, here.
