Hi like in topic I try unlock motorola gleam and not work any info from support team why ??

log from unlock:
SmartMoto 4.29

OK I find what was a problem need use usb-com cable on PL2303 chip no other. With it all work ok. Sorry for this topic .

In most cases such problem appears due to faulty drivers.
Install recommended drivers and it has to be solved.
