AT command error

I make Calibration backup without problem, but FLEX beckup can not.
I install drivers from C:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\drivers\MTK USB Driver_v1.0948.0\2K_XP_COM
but the same error.

Why is this?

I also show picture of device manager, COM2 port.

Due to some peculiarities of this phone model, you don't need to backup/restore flex in order to unlock it.

ok, thanks, but why then Smart Clip team do not make sticky on his site for this phone?
we can not know all.

This is unusual situation, we will try to add this to our manual's at the official support site.

Also if you want to read FLEX backup, you must connect phone to PC in powered ON state.
