check if asking for 16digit CODE....

16digits is not supported by smartclip...

How many digits subsidy code the phone is asking for?
In case if it asks for 16 digits subsidy code, then it is locked with the new type of encoding, that is not currently supported.
In case if it asks for 8 digits subsidy code, it can be unlocked via Prepare Smart TestPoint operation.

Yes im make prepare smaart tp all is ok but afther unlock phone say
contact service provider. I cant chek 16 digit or 8 digit nck .

Insert SIM card into your phone from other network provider and wait some time till phone will ask you for a code, then you can check how many digit's subsidy code it is asking for.
