@ Adel_Khaled,

Try to perform following procedures:
1. Power off phone. If it won’t turn off, take the battery out.
2. Press and hold the Power and Camera button at the same time. Release the Camera button when prompted.
3. Press Volume Down key.
4. Select option factory reset

Best Regards

Hello. I have bought a mb511 unlock code but when i enter it on the phone it doesn't work. It says that the unlock request has failed. Then i want to make a hard reset and retry.
I have already pressed Menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory Data Reset. Is it a hard reset ? Thanks.

Factory Data Reset will clear the phone's memory and put the phone back to the original factory default state. Factory Data Reset is a tool used to remove everything that was imported, added or installed on the device.

I bought unlock MB511.
Only my concern is, after hard reset, The My MB511 will be still unlock, or going to locked.
Just I like to remove some AT&T add and application.
May be I'm wrong to do this way.
Another way, I can not download and install "Sideload Enabler for Backflip.
Each time going to downloading and later Shaw me "did not find application".That was in so different sides, android application down loader.
Peter.
