i have mb525 when i make power on the mobile with sim it is showing on display (communicating with server. pleas wait ) how to enter menu ?
pls help me for this problem

no i did not do that becoz i dont know the procedure

i got done solved the problem via hard reset

Yes, Wipe / Factory reset / Hard Reset procedure should solve this issue.
