Motorola U9 is supported for Unlock and Repair IMEI operations via Smart-Clip.
Please check detailed manuals on the supported operations by checking this link.
In case if you're dealing with any difficulties during unlock/repair IMEI operation, please post here full log file.

Hello have a motorola u9 the Imei 00000112345464 when i try to repair imei smart says the imei was repaired but when I see the * # 06 # imei continues 0000011234564

Why?

More likely that the phone you have is a prototype.
Repair IMEI feature is not supported for a prototype handsets.
