@Sir, i have one motorola MB501 here with account motoblur problem, if i flash the phone with flash fille on support it can remove the account?

What motoblur account problem do you have?
Just find nearest free wi-fi access point, connect the phone to it and register some account user/password [email protected].

You must register this motoblur account before using the phone.
