can somebody help to find in which firmware from support is romanian language for Alcatel OT-808 ?

You can check by yourself.

Just enter boot-loader site in smart-clip section. Then -> mfw -> MTK_Alcatel_Vodafone -> OT-808 -> here you will find all flash files that can be downloaded from support area. In all file description you can see what languages are in flash file and if it will lock or not your phone after flashing.
