Just formated my pc and now.. i go to upgrade zone and after it gives me install control x window i select instal after says to if want to install smartclip.cab i say i do and after i wait and wait and nothing and never apear normal window for update only the warning Please wait. Software loading... Note: in order to run ActiveX client software you must use Internet Explorer and never goes forward! what to do? |

Member: 30157 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | are you using Windows XP with service pack 2 installed?, because service pack 2 has altered the Active-x controls so that it blocks untrusted Active-x certificates, what you may see is a Windows security alert line under your explorer bar when you are going through the updating process, alternatively if you've got a pop-up blocker running, you may need to just hold down the CTRL key to allow the pop-up through, if it's the first one you may need to alter the Active-x settings to allow the Smart-clip certificate through first. |

Member: 9502 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | yes i know all that and i say to autorize active-x certificate like i told above in 1rst post after apear to install active x smart-clip.cab and i say yes and after nothing more! what to do? i really need solution for this! |
