Online upgrade error please help - GSM-Forum

I am using windowx XP SP2. Last time I have successfully upgrade the smart -clip on the same computer. But now when I try to upgrade the clip it shows me an error (Shown in the picture). My PCs bios setting are correct and my user acount is as addministrator. Cable is working very good for another boxes like griffin, redbox.
So if everything is good why does the error message apear??
Please help me to upgrade the clip.

I think the main problem should be SP2, try to uninstall it and see if it works

i have p4 2.8 ghz and sp2 installed.
never had problems with smart clip
I had problem only with scdr2
try to disable firewall in device manager
That will be the problem
