| @ trio1, Try to install reommended drivers and run unlock operation once again. If some error appears, save full log file and post it here, without serial numbers. Recommended drivers are available under the unlock manual. Best Regards GSMServer team  |

| @ trio1, how did you connect phone to PC? What cable are you using? Try to reinstall drivers once again, ensure that the phone connected properly and try once again. After that post results here, please. Best Regards GSMServer team |
